When you select a residence and apply for residency at Westwood or Bourbonnais Grove, you will receive a packet of information including a confidential financial statement, residency application, social history, medical application, and other admission forms. Our Move-in Coordinator assists with completing these forms and helps make the process smooth and seamless.

Schedule your tour, pick out your home or apartment, and pay the Community Fee or Entrance Deposit to fully reserve your new home.

Complete the application process with your Sales Counselor and review fees and payment options.

Sign your Lease Agreement, begin packing and schedule a move in date.
