Our care services at Riverside Senior Life Communities are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident. We develop personalized service plans and provide care coordination through a registered nurse. Regular wellness checks ensure residents maintain optimal health. Assistance with grooming, dressing, and bathing is available to help with daily activities, and our nursing team offers support for wound care (stage II or less), diabetes management, and insulin administration. We also provide ambulation assistance, including escorts to meals and programs, and offer nebulizer and oxygen-related treatments as needed. Blood pressure checks and dietician services are available on-site to manage specific health conditions. Medication administration and on-site physical therapy further support residents’ well-being. Note that care services are customized based on nursing assessments and can adapt as healthcare needs evolve, ensuring residents receive the appropriate level of care when needed.
